DESCRIPTION:The red Loraas bin at the Transfer Station is delivered on the 
 first and third Friday of every month. There is no specific time as to whe
 n the bin will arrive on these days.\nIf a red bin is NOT available\, do N
 OT leave any items where the bin is normally located. Residents have been 
 fined (up to $500) and their cards have been suspended.\nBe courteous of o
 thers! Large items and multiple loads take up the entirety of the bin\, ma
 king it unusable for other residents. If you have multiple large items\, p
 lease take them to the Regina Landfill.\nHome builders/developers are not 
 permitted to use the red Loraas bin.
