TOWN OF BALGONIE

Public Notice, in accordance with Bylaw No. 323/2004 and Section 128 of the Municipalities Act, is hereby given that Council of the Town of Balgonie will be considering the following mentioned matter at the Council meeting to be held on Monday, February 12^th, 2024. The subject will be discussed at approximately 7:00 p.m. on the regular meeting agenda.

Council Remuneration and Expense Reimbursement Policy

The purpose of the agenda item is to:

• Review current remuneration amounts.
• Compare the Town of Balgonie’s Council remuneration practices with other communities.
• Specify terms and processes for reimbursements for eligible expenses.
• Develop a policy that will be followed by administration in processing payments.
