The Town will be flushing hydrants on May 5th and 6th. During this process you may experience fluctuations in pressure and discoloured water. Although the water does not pose a health risk, it is recommended to avoid drinking the water until it runs clear. It is ok to use the water for showering, bathing and toilet flushing, however do not use it for laundry during this time.
Credit cards are now accepted. All fees are paid by the cardholder. Payments may take 3-5 business days to process. The Town of Balgonie is avoiding passing on the cost of card payments to all residents, so those wishing to pay by credit card or debit card will be charged a fee. This fee is charged by Plastiq, not the Town of Balgonie. (2.9% for credit cards, 1% for debit cards).
